Letters and gifts :)

From Pri, Amanda, Ben and Jas.

From the class (my letter E fell off somewhere)
Baccalaureate was on Thursday, last day of lessons on Wednesday. It was bittersweet. Econs was the final lesson on our timetable and our tutor gave us parting gifts of Steve Jobs' inspiring speech and Kinderbueno. She did not teach and went on to show us her hiking photos. Pretty cool. And somehow I felt sad, though I've always tried so hard to stay awake in her lessons and had no idea what's going on. I felt like crying hearing her speak. But of course I held it back.
It was the last lesson in this college after all. Sure I always complained of waking up early to go to school daily, complained of climbing 5 floors almost every single morning, struggled to stay awake as lessons went on, dreaded certain subject classes, wishing time would go faster so it would end, complained of how long the journey home takes. No matter what, there will always be a part of me that will miss all these.
Even though my class hasn't been that bonded all along, always divided into separate cliques that kept to themselves most of the time, I will miss them. We actually had a successful class outing after Baccalaureate. Near-full attendance for once! I doubt that's ever going to happen again. We had lunch at Vivo and watched Abduction on a whim.
Sometimes I used to wonder if I made the right choice to come to AC. Sometimes certain events made me regret it. But you know what they say about the choices you make and the things that happen to you. Whatever happened in these two short years have changed me and how I think quite a bit. I will miss this school.
As you can tell from the pictures I also had my early birthday celebration on Thursday. Thanks everyone for making it awesome! Words can't express how grateful and happy I am. :)
